About Annick Papillon
Annick has a Bachelor’s degree in communications, law and history and also pursued advanced studies in journalism at the Université Laval.
During a study session at the Université de Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium she decided to specialize in international policy and field journalism.
After a field placement with Radio Télévision Belge Francophone (RTBF), she returned to Quebec and dedicated herself to international organizations such as Oxfam, UNICEF, Amnesty International and the Red Cross.
Annick has been living in Quebec City for 12 years and was working for the Institut de la statistique du Québec before being elected Member of Parliament.
